I have been called about antispam at IRC network-banning someone important and I have been "sure, I can quickly fix it regardless of being in the staircase of the highest tower in Prague" instead of "you know I am abroad, ask some of these half dozen other IRC opers". If this is how I volunteer, I wonder how bad actually paid job will be
