AI Art Tool Fixes Drawing Perspective But Creates Existential Crisis for the Character

Description

A four-panel image showing an AI art tool being prompted with 'make a guide how to fix drawing perspective (red lines) several pics.' The top-left panel shows the AI chat interface with the prompt. The top-right shows an anime-style elf character with red perspective guide lines drawn over the face, emanating from a vanishing point at the top of the head, demonstrating facial perspective correction. The bottom-left shows the original character looking slightly melancholic. The bottom-right shows the 'corrected' version where the character now looks directly at the viewer with a subtly different, more dejected expression -- as if the character itself is upset about being perspective-corrected. The character is an elf girl with white/silver hair, green eyes, red teardrop earring, and gold-trimmed white clothing

dost thou believe me a silly baka?

  11. @pulsar_sp 7mo

as few ppl mentioned already, it didn't even understand what it was asked to do yeah, it fixed the perspective, sure, but there's nothing of help for someone who wants to learn how to draw in this way by themselves

    1. @DerKnerd 7mo

maybe that is exactly the point, don't tell the user how to do anything, just do it for them so they are forced to use you

    2. @mrYakov 7mo

If someone wants to draw in multiple perspectives, he should start with geometry, then geometry with textures, and then just practice Guides that teach how to draw single perspective kinda useless, is same thing as teach how to park a car by rely on tree position in training area

  12. @pulsar_sp 7mo

or rather it's not it not understanding, but not being able to provide nor produce a coherent step-by-step instructions of what it did to achieve a fix

  13. @deadgnom32 7mo

yes, but it actually failed the task. because the aim was to draw a face looking upwards, not straight
